If your order has not yet shipped, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation. Please be sure to include your name and order number. If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy.

We do not charge any taxes, duties, or other fees for shipments leaving the United States. If you live outside the US, extra fees may apply upon delivery. For details, please see your Government website.
Usually in 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. A shipping notice will be sent to your registered email address, which includes tracking info, when your package is scanned in by the courier. Please keep in mind that, while we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we are a small team and only open M-F.
You'll automatically get an email with tracking info as soon as the courier scans in your package (some couriers can take up to 24 hrs to update their system). Check your email for a notice from email@example.com. If it's not in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't have an email, confirm the email you used when you placed the order. If you paid with PayPal and that email goes to some account that you never, ever check... you might have a shipping notice waiting for you there. If you still can't find shipping info and it's been more than 3 business days, write us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
Pedals purchased through the Spaceman website are eligible for returns within 7 days of customer receipt. Pedal must be in like-new condition and with all of the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the pedal has been received and examined by Spaceman. Please be aware that, should signs of damage or wear be present, additional charges may apply or the return denied and the pedal returned to customer. Pedals purchased from dealers must be returned to dealers and are subject to their return policy. Apparel is not eligible for return.

Yes! We stand behind every pedal we make. You can help speed up the process by doing some trouble shooting first. Please try the pedal by itself with a second power supply. If the pedal utilizes a battery, please try a fresh battery. Confirm the problem isn't a bad cable or connection. Try it as the only pedal in your chain with cables that you know are good. Make sure the jacks are tightened snug against the enclosure. If something is still wrong, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
