Spaceman pedals come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which covers all electronic and mechanical parts from defect or failure under normal use. For the first two years of original ownership, Spaceman will repair the pedal at no charge, excluding shipping costs. An invoice to cover shipping fees will be issued when your pedal is ready to be sent back.

 After two years, Spaceman offers in-house repairs on a case-by-case basis with cost determined upon evaluation. Evidence of user abuse, neglect, wrong power supply or repairs/modifications not performed by Spaceman will void warranty. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including finish, external hardware, knobs or faceplate. Due to the rare nature of many components within our pedals, warranty will guarantee replacement with the equivalent available part(s). To book a repair service, please contact us.

Our product registration system is on a long journey BUT your purchases are covered by the upgraded Limited Lifetime Warranty shown above. Pedal registration is no longer required. Also, you can view your purchase history for transactions made on or after December 7, 2017 on your account page here.
