Spaceman Warranty & Service Policy
Spaceman pedals are built to last and to be played. To support this, the following policy clearly and fairly defines our warranty coverage and service options.

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty
(Current Production Pedals)
All new Spaceman pedals purchased directly from Spaceman or from an authorized Spaceman dealer are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers electronic and mechanical component failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a covered fault occurs, Spaceman will repair or replace the pedal at no charge for parts and labor.
ShippingReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.If a failure occurs within 30 days of original receipt, Spaceman will cover return shipping for the original purchaser.
ExclusionsThis warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or incorrect power supply • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Normal wear and tear • Cosmetic damage, including finish, external hardware, knobs, or faceplate
Due to the limited availability of certain components, Spaceman reserves the right to substitute equivalent parts where original components are no longer available.
Warranty ScopeThis Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to Spaceman pedals manufactured and sold under current ownership (Gemini Music LLC) and is non-transferable.

2. Pre-2024 Spaceman Pedals
(Manufactured Prior to Current Ownership)
We recognize that many players own and continue to use earlier Spaceman pedals produced before the current ownership took over (Jan 2024).These pedals are not covered under the current Limited Lifetime Warranty.
However, we are happy to evaluate legacy pedals for possible repair or servicing on a case-by-case basis, subject to parts availability and service fees.
Please note: • Some legacy models may use components that are no longer available • Certain designs or revisions may not be serviceable due to a lack of documentation • Evaluation does not guarantee that a repair will be possible
Where repairs can be completed, costs will be quoted before any work is carried out.

3. Second-Hand & Out-of-Warranty Pedals
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new pedal and is not transferable. Pedals purchased second-hand, or pedals outside of warranty coverage, may be eligible for paid service or repair, subject to evaluation, parts availability, and service fees.
